The Cast of Celebrity Salon 3
I recently directed the third series of Celebrity Salon for Straywave Media and TV3. This year we travelled around the country with our team of would-be beauty therapists - Glenda Gilson, Greg Lake, Julian Simmons, Nadia Forde, Layla Flaherty, Philip Olivier, Carol Anthony and Nikki Grahame. They were a terrific cast and we had a lot of fun making this show. As a result, I think it’s the best series of Celebrity Salon yet. A big thank you to all the cast and crew, who made this show a pleasure to work on.

I’m knee deep in the edit of Celebrity Salon at the moment. This is the second series of the TV3 reality show but my first time directing it. It’s a simple format, six celebrities from the UK and Ireland are trained in the art of beautification, from waxing to facials and even some hair cutting and styling. At the end of the fortnight spent living and learning together, two finalists are chosen to go head-to-head in a final beauty challenge… there can be only one!
It’s been a really fun show to work on, thanks largely to our six incredibly entertaining celebs - Calum Best (son of legendary footballer George Best), Rosanna Davison (Model/Miss World 2003), Abi Titmuss (Model/Actress), Georgia Salpa (Model), Alan Hughes (TV Presenter) and Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace (Actress/Big Brother 7 Contestant).
I’ll be posting clips and promos as we get closer to the first air date - June 6th.
