The Fade Street website has just gone up on rte.ie. One section on the website is dedicated to the show’s soundtrack. All the music (bar a couple of background tracks) on the show comes from Irish acts. Here’s the full track listing for episode one. Really love the Jape song (above) which plays over the end credits.

Fade Street is coming! This show has been a couple of years in the making and there were plenty of times a long the way when it seemed like it wasn’t going to happen. It’s already getting a lot of press so hopefully all the hype will translate into viewers when the show kicks off this Thursday November 11th at 9pm on RTE TWO.
The Rubber Bandits are my new comedy heroes. They deserve their own TV show after this video from RTE TWO’s - “Republic of Telly”. I particularly love the “Bounty” story. Pure gold.
This is the first episode of Stereo Swipes, a series of shorts I worked on over the summer. Like our previous series, Sweded TV, Stereo Swipes is written and performed by groups of teens from around the country - none of whom have previous experience acting on TV. Stereo Swipes will be shown on RTE TWO every Tuesday as part of “The Rumor Room”. Here’s the full list of upcoming episodes.
